Being from Manitoba, didn’t even know this company. Went to them on reference of a friend. Have never dealt with private finance companies before. But I think, going to Pioneer Financial was the a very good decision.

From day one of our dealing with Sunny, to the day when we got our truck, sunny had become a very good friend. Haven’t yet met him once in person, but the way he dealt with us, is like a very close friend taking care of our needs.

We didn’t have to do much work on getting the truck as he did most of the work. Without even getting the credit check done, he discussed my case with different lenders and once he was convinced that which lender would give the best rate, then only he got the credit check done and gave me option of 2 best lenders with their rates. The rates that he gave me were better than the dealership.

Being from different province with different rules, there were some PST issues, but he took care of everything. The thing that like about him the most is that if he missed your call by mistake, he would always call back ASAP. Ask him N number of questions and he would get you all the answers you need. Very quick and getting all the stuff done.
I got another truck within 2 months and he didn’t ask much and used the best option available and got everything approved and good to go in just 2 days.

No doubt, he is very professional and knowledgeable, but during his dealing with lender and us, our part of the dealing never looked only professional but friendly as well.

If you need a truck financed, talk to sunny first and I am sure, you that you would not want to deal with any other company.
