I am not sure why their business are lasting this long, the workers are not professionals and both condescending the moment they answer the phone call they are unfriendly especially Lerma, looks like she was not even trained how to properly handle phone calls, their process is very slow as well considering they promote that they can give you the help you need within 24 hrs. when you borrowed from them they will make you feel humiliated and really is in need of money. I will never recommend this loan agency to anyone. Better go ang look for something else better, may be higher interest rate but with better customer service / support.

I came here to help my friend. And we encounter chelle. Chelle exceeded our expectation. She did way beyond to her limits just to help us out. She keep asking everytime we visit if i want to get a loan i always say "NO".. But now i seek her help. She gladly said yes and of course again. Excellent service...

I am giving 5 stars to Lerma, because of her good customer service.
Giving 1 star to her boss who rejected my application as in my pay statement it showed that I bought online lotto max tickets through play alberta online.
Her boss said someone is gambling, he/she had accused me of gambling how come?
When I just bought tickets not even all the time.

Please folks be careful of this point if you wanna apply for any services from this company.
