I've been a Wealth DynamX client for a little over two years now, and in that time I've accomplished so much thanks to Jerry and his team. Many of the financial successes I've had I had no real idea about or had very little knowledge on what they were before becoming a client.
Since I first signed up with Wealth DynamX, I've gotten my Sacred Account whole life insurance policy setup and funded. I actually paid off my car loan with it and am now paying myself back instead of the bank. I also have begun investing in precious metals as an inflation hedge, as well as looking into leasing out gold to earn some passive income and make it work for me even more. I've also gone through the Credit DynamX program and have received enough credit lines to cover more than six months worth of expenses if I ever need it. I'm looking forward to the day I can use those credit lines to start bringing in passive income via authorized users. I've also gotten a self-directed IRA that I funded with my old Thrift Savings Plan from when I was in the Navy. I had completely forgotten about that account since I separated from the Navy, but have that invested now as well, and hopefully one day will be adding real estate into that account. I have also setup a self-directed Health Savings Account that I can also use to invest for passive income, precious metals, real estate, etc, as well as use it for medical expenses throughout the year. I also have setup a trust to place assets into during my lifetime, avoiding those assets going through probate, and keeping control of those assets. I also have signed up for the Wealth DynamX tax planning partnership service they have with Tax Hive, who are all about helping their clients look for ways to legally save on taxes, keeping more of your income in your pocket.
I'm currently in the process of working with the Replace Your Mortgage team in starting to look for first position home equity lines of credit for some rental properties to start getting additional income, property appreciation, and tax deductions through real estate.
Three years ago if you asked me where I'd be financially in three years' time, I'd have probably said, at my job, contributing to my company's 401k, paying my monthly bills, saving up for a house, and that would've been about it. I never really thought I'd have done this much in such a relatively short amount of time! The information that Jerry and his team provides is amazing! I'd recommend everyone to visit their website and purchase Jerry's book Blueprint to Financial Freedom. It lays out a path that anyone can take to improve their financial knowledge and position, and eventually achieve financial freedom.
