This is the best time ever place to live in neighbourhoods. The management team is cooperative. And the building manager? is so helpful. She is understanding and easily reachable. I have had a good experience while my tenancy. I would highly recommend this place if you looking for a place like a home. ❤️❤️

I have been a leasee at Peterson Crestwood for a year and half. The management team and the service they have been providing are excellent. During my BP application, they were incredibly supportive to the BP issuance. Same as in the construction, whenever I ran into issues or put up requests, the responses from the management was always fast. Normally within just a couple of days, they could help me solve the problems. Now my business is up running and the services by the team are still consistent as before. Top notch performance!

We have been renting with Peterson Group for almost two years. All of the staffs here are super friendly and helpful. They get to know you on a personal level, they even remembered my puppers name! I have been renting for 10 years and they are one of the best property management team. ❤ During the pandemic, the Peterson team took really good care of their tenants and made sure all proper protocols were followed. Living here at the Hudson is very enjoyable. We will definitely recommend other friends to rent with them.

I'll start off by saying I work as Property Manager myself, so this behaviour in the hospitality/real estate/property management industry is downright lazy.

Horrible management, with incredibly poor customer service and accommodation. Attempted to respond to a listing at a property they manage, Camellia at the Gardens on Steveston HWY and No. 5 Rd. for a weekend viewing for my husband and I (because like most working adults, we work Monday to Fridays) and the Rental/Property Manager who responded kept trying to push a viewing for Wednesday at 1PM, and when told multiple times, that it simply wasn't doable, not just for my husband and I, but for a cornucopia amount of people who work weekdays as well, the Property/Rental Manager then suggested to send someone else on behalf of my husband and I, to view the unit.

Who sends someone else to a view a unit on behalf of them, when they are not the ones living there? When they are not the ones who have the interior story in mind, the tenants wishes, vision, criteria and intentions, to make the decision on whether or not to pursue application? No one of a mature, and sound mind.

Needless to say, we responded that we were no longer interested, as a Property Management company who cannot even accommodate simple requests during the SCHEDULING of the viewing/showing stage, will not be reliable, punctual or pro-active in all other dynamic matters a tenant or owner will need as they live on the premises, whether it be something as simple as FOB/Parkade/Locker registrations, to more urgent and pressing matters like emergencies.

Peterson Commercial Property Management is a company composed of narrow minded, lazy, unwelcoming representatives that lack intelligence, experience and expertise in the industry.

Do better. Be better.

I have worked with many property management companies. Peterson Commercial in Richmond is one of best managed team. When service requests are submitted, they usually respond within 2 hours unless they need to hire a special skilled workers. Even those services that requires special skills, they resolve the issues within 24 hours. Mimi Kwong, John, and her team has provided above and beyond service. As a bonus, they've sent us a some Easter goodies to all tenants.

My clinic was a tenant at the Fairmont Medical Building for 10 years, and Peterson (formerly Dodwell) was the management company. I am sad to say it was not a good experience. Peterson from our experience, seemed more concerned about money than of their tenants. They did not resolve problems quickly, they made mistakes, they showed no interest or willingness to work with the tenant (and in fact their staff were hard and harsh to deal with at times), and they unreasonably hold back money when they owe you credit. Most of all, did not seem to care. What keeps you there is location, however it finally did not outweigh the service. We left because we were unhappy with their treatment and service. We do not recommend working with them or renting from a building they manage.

Peterson Group treats its tenants in an oppressive and disrepectful manner. They are like bullies who intimitate their tenants to get their way and to make their bucks. I am disgusted and saddened at how my daughter and son in law and fellow tenants have been treated. They have withheld information about mold and asbestos that can be detrimental to their health and have used immoral and unfair tactics to force tenants out. Some of these tenants are vulnerable due to language barriers and have financial stress. Please think twice before dealing with this company. They should learn some valuable lessons from successful companies who have high moral standards that making money and treating people with respect and dignity can come hand in hand.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Disgusting how they have been treating my son and daughter in law and all other tenants at Dow St. Terrible that, they and other tenants have had to go to the media and mayor the past months begging for help from this company. Awful what these developers have been getting away with.

Ceiling falling down raining asbestos. Mold and mildew everywhere. Blocking mail couriers from getting in. Removing laundry and storage services. They are creating an unlivable environment for tenants to force them out so they can tear down the building without compensating the people who are losing their homes!

Terrible company! Treating people like they are not human!
Brutal developers allowing the building to fall down and refuse to work reasonably with the tenant's of the building.
