What?! Why such bad reviews? Perpetual Insurance Services has been my auto insurance company, since 2005 and they have come to my house (but now, of course, there are no more stickers to stick, onto your licence plate and that’s brilliant! But when we did, they were delivered to me, and my son, by a kind friendly person) and they are knowledgeable, helpful and so very friendly to me and my son, who they have helped, since 2018! My son had a seizure and was in the hospital and asked you for storage insurance and you did it, no problem! Now, I have to have surgery, in the spring and Perpetual Insurance will be there for me! I love you, guys! ?Thank you, Lucy, Johnny, David and Lalaine!

They love to take $ from you but when insurance is cancelled. Entitled for a refund because Wawanessa refuses . Scammers. Peter and Janet from perpetual said cheque will arrive in 2 weeks. 2 weeks go by and they said it would be another 2 weeks. They try to delay it hoping I will go away. Liars . They only care about recieving $ not giving back when entitled to. Never again I will use them.

I came in to renew my auto insurance and the female staff with glasses sitting facing the entrance was extremely rude. Her name sounds like Janet/ Jenny. She asked for my drive’s license, and while I was getting it out from my wallet (within 10 seconds from her initial request), she impatiently said “Hello!! Do you have a license or not”. And from there, she continued showing impatience with her facial expression and tone of voice. After being their customer for three years, they wont see me again for sure.

Came in for a license plate change, the woman attending the very first desk ended up cancelling my insurance on "Accident" instead. Very rude from the very beginning only to tenderize at the very end due to seemingly feeling sorry for such a blatant mistake that should have never happened in the first place. I had to tank the cost for reinstating my insurance with no significant compensation whatsoever.

Completely avoid if you value your time and money. Go to an ICBC branch and avoid making the mistake of thinking this is a legitimate insurance office.

If I could give zero stars I would. Been a long term customer up until recently where they charged my credit card and insured the wrong car of mine. They canceled the insurance but didn't refund the full amount charged. Told me it has something to do with ICBC but it has been almost 2 months and still no credit of some sort. The charge was not my fault i shouldnt have to pay anything let alone wait months for a full refund. Don't deal with any of these agents ( Leaini, David, and Lucy) extremely annoying with their million VM they leave you on your phone when trying to get you to renew your insurance. Leani you ve done nothing to make the situation better. I'm calling you out specifically I think it's time you get some training on customer service or just retire. I hope this review will warn others to stay clear of using any of Perpetual's services. Not worth the headache and run around.

Horrible customer service. Do not use these rude and disrespectful people. They insulted me and replied to my inquiries with condescending attitude. Do not use perpetual insurance!!!! Worst company I have ever dealt with.

The woman sitting facing the main entrance is terribly rude and impatient! Super unhelpful and gave out wrong info.
