My son’s truck had an issue while we were in Peace River and after being turned away at a few other places Ford came through. Fixed the truck same day and got us back on the road. I can’t say enough about how impressed with Marion and the techs at Ford.

I think this is probably the worst dealership in all of canada. Never buy from these guys ever. I put deposit on vehicle and we were getting ready for delivery. Until they call me and said that someone had a 'deposit' on it the whole time. Most likely what happened is they got a better offer and decided to screw me over. It sucks because I was going to give them more business but now going to tell everybody to stay away.

Absolutely horrible experience at this dealership. A staff member by the name of billy was extremely rude and stuck up all because he was asked a question back when at the same time he was asking the same question over 5 times. I would not recommend dealing with this dealer ship as he is the sales manager. Bill refused to complete the sale because he was asked a question and responded back very rudely. All in all I feel that this billy character is racist and discriminates towards people of color. I can’t say anything bad about the dealership it’s self, the staff wasn’t rude and arrogant at all. Billy on the other hand feels self entitled working as manager and abusing his powers. A formal complaint will be sent to ford Canada for review. A recording of the whole conversation will also be attached.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Never get your car from this dealership!! My grandparents bought me my vehicle as my old one was having some problems and got it from here. Within less than I month I had over $6,000 worth of damage to the vehicle and it was 2020 Nissan Kicks with barely any KM on the dash. I later found out from one of the 5 mechanics I was dealing with that they taped my transmission locking cap. I have never seen so much electrical tape in a vehicle before. Not only that but my transmission blew twice within 2 weeks!! They also gave me bald tires, a huge crack in my windshield (That would have never passed safety inspection), No horn, and before I even left the lot the electrical piece to my side mirrors was broken. They are scammers and only want to take your money and when you try and get them to pay for all the damage that should have been fixed they will fight you and you have to go talk to goAuto just to get your car in the condition that it should have been sold as. I got lucky and threatened to call Amvic if they did not give me a resolution had I not done that I would have been stuck with a vehicle that physically couldn't drive. On top of that, the customer service was terrible. I had the finance guy keep pulling the paperwork away from me as I was trying to read it before I signed. They use sales tactics to get you to buy a vehicle and get out of their sight as fast as possible. They never even let me drive the vehicle before I bought it and I told them as well I wanted to look at it before signing and somehow they "forgot" that I wanted to look at it. Don't waste your time, energy, or money at this place. You'll be happier for it
