I recently purchased an older 1987 323 garden tractor and wanted to get it looked at. So I brought it in, upon getting there I looked around. Nothing but million dollar equipment everywhere.
I didn't think that they would be interested in working on my tiny project.
Much to my surprise not only did they agree to service it, but did so with enthusiasm.
I was thinking that my bill would be quite expensive, as I asked for new blades, snowblower and tiller removed deck installed ect.
When the time came to pick it up and pay the bill i was floored. I said "that's all " and then I got the rundown. They removed and sharpened the 3 blades, gave it a tune up and proclaimed that I got a really nice little tractor.
I was so happy, as I thought that I made a mistake on buying it.
I went out to pick it up the mechanic was there and walked me through the entire process.
I couldn't believe that customer service like this existed anymore.
Thank you to the entire team in the service department.

Since pattison took over parts got more expensive and carry less stock not impressed getting to hate dealing at John Deere I have blead green for years now I blead green out of my pockets
