Their negligence costed me almost 800 dollars specially when I was unemployed from a couple of months and I cannot do anything about it. I asked to add my sister to my insurance which jacked my premium to 664 a month and i got no communication about it until 2 months later i got papers from insurance.

One recommendation - please advise better from next time to someone else. If I would’ve got any type of communication about this I would’ve never ever gone for this premium. We hire you as broker for avoiding this type of rip offs from insurance companies.

All these years of business i have done with you with great customer Service but this negligence made it all a void.
