25 years dealing with Ben Jones/Park Georgia.Before it became Park Georgia - Fantastic! Since being taken over by Park Georgia - Disgusting!
Rude, Treated with seemingly contempt. Lack of knowledge or an uninterest in caring to provide help or advice. I really hate to say it's a question of reverse discrimination but that is the feeling I have gotten the last two times.
I have insured at any given time several personal and several business vehicles.

This office tried to over charge me with my veteran license plate. It is clearly stated on ICBC website that veteran license plate is free of charge. We were forced to wait for over 20 minutes while the agent talked with ICBC on the phone. I as an average citizen know veteran license plate is free of charge, and the agent of this insurance company does not know? Not even an apology for making us wait after she was off the phone with ICBC. Watch out very carefully for what they charge you to avoid losing your hard earned money to scammers like this company. Best advise - go some where else.

My original review is about your trying to over charge me. The attempt of overcharging me for something you should not have happened when I went to pick up my veteran plate. Whether I qualify or not for getting a veteran plate was determined when I requested a plate at your office a few days prior to the pick up. The fact that you show no moral regrets of trying to over charge speaks for itself. Just purely disgusting.

Had a very positive experience here. I had a very complicated vehicle transfer (US import, seller out of country) and had gone around to various car insurance brokers who did not know what to do. A friend recommended this place to us. We met with Pakko who sat down with us, listened patiently about the situation, and took his time to let us know which documents we needed. We went back the second time and were able to complete the vehicle transfer. He was thorough, patient, and even stayed 30 minutes overtime on a Saturday evening to help us complete the transfer! Thank you Pakko 🙂

The lady working was fairly useless in answering our direct questions. When asked what the payments were on either $200,000 or $1,000,000 coverage she never broke it down. Kept getting frustrated at us.
We bought this used car and she needed useless info from us and the stellar including why the seller was selling at 1993 Civic for $2000. Who cares? It's the sellers choice why. Took us over 1 hr to do what should have taken 15 minutes.

I had to wait 1 hour for the Autoplan agent Alfred to complete my Autoplan transaction. During the process, he had call ICBC broker support department 4 times for assistance and guide him through the process. The level of competency of Alfred was appalling. He was argumentative when I inquire about the features of ICBC optional coverage. i would never go back to this agency,
