Bonjour,

J'ai eu une conversation avec une personne un vendredi concernant une soumission pour mes deux voitures et ma maison. Elle devait me recontacter le lundi suivant, mais cela fait maintenant trois semaines que j'attends son retour. Je trouve cela très irrespectueux des engagements pris.

Very unprofessional!!Worst service ever! Agent doesn't return our call. And no one is willing to help after they made a mistake. Everyone is throwing the ball to each other.....will be looking for a new broker after this is for sure!!!

I don't know why some people are giving low rating to this Insurance, I have been dealing with Palladium Insurance over a year now and the service is excellent!!! I was helped by Greg, Angela and others and they were all professionals, Greg is always there to help and answer my questions whenever I needed, he is always there to help even during his vacation! Thank you Palladium for the great work

We have been dealing with Palladium Insurance since it was previously known as Bourgeois, Côté, Forget Insurance Brokers. We have always been well served. The staff is courteous and we like the interactions that we have had throughout the years. This is an excellent company to deal with and would highly recommend them. We are currently dealing with Denise Lalonde and we find her very pleasant to deal with.

We have had my house and two car's insurance with them for close to 10 years and its been seamless. They answer the phone or call me back in the same day. I have looked at other companies and palladium prices are competitive and the coverage is good. We had break in and the insurance company/adjuster were great in a terrible situation

Sent collectors after me without even calling me when they auto renewed my tenant insurance even though I had moved to a new address. I ended up handling it and getting it resolved but still, that was stressful and unnecessary
