Michelle Dennis is an amazing property manager ! I have been lucky to work with her since 2017.She has found great tenants , is in communication constantly and if repairs need to be done she helps source fixtures and materials and has a great team to get the job done quickly and affordably.I do not have to worry about my appartment or tenants , she takes care of everything .I highly recommend Michelle and I really enjoy the relationship we have .

Michelle our property manager has been great to work with and always went above and beyond to make sure the property is well maintained, thoroughly vetted potential tenants, and anything else that needed to be done. I never felt the need to second guess her judgement and felt very comfortable with any decision she made or recommendations she would propose.

Liz Westerveld became our Property Manager last September and I cannot say enough good things about her and the team at PQ. Liz is knowledgable, prompt, reliable, and makes sure things run smoothly for our strata. Accounting manager Sherry, accountant Suzanne, management assistant Emily, and office receptionist Tami are all incredibly efficient and helpful. I can highly recommend this team for strata property management.

Michelle has been great and helped us to manage our place stress free. She's been in regular contact, does regular inspections and lets us know if there are any issues with repairs needed etc, and has taken care of them quickly. We've had excellent tenants due to her researching them well and I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to others.

One of the least responsive and least helpful property management companies I have dealt with. Very frustrating.

They seem to purposely avoid helping clients. I have experienced it with several employees now, so it seems to be their company culture.

Hopefully one day a change of leadership will bring them back to a client focussed organization that understands strata management is not just collecting money, but you actually give a service in return.
