Assessing the value of the business was very in depth and allowed Pino to get an accurate assessment of what our company was worth. At his presentation, he assessed us at about 3 times what we thought it was worth. I remember distinctly, looking at him and the number he had on the whiteboard and asking - "but what do you think we'll actually get?"
