I drove clear across the province for my first service appointment on my new 2025 Crosstrek. Purchased in Maine and imported when we moved this was my first Subaru Service appointment ever. Shawn, my Service Advisor, is a great guy who made me feel at ease and was super helpful setting me up with oil filters and crush washers so I can do some of my own maintenance. The first service was done in an hour as promised and Shawn reviewed it with me completely, asking if I had any questions, before collecting my payment. I popped over to Lunenburg for a mid-afternoon bowl of chowder afterward. Thanks Shawn! I’ll be back.

Also, I forgot my water bottle and Shawn arranged to have it mailed to me. 10 out of 10!

No pressure, no markups, nothing but information, and showing the vehicle.

Rick and Mark we're very friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure, just easy going and laid back.

I also saved almost $1,500 compared with the Subaru dealer in Halifax ( Halifax has document fees, and dealer fees etc, and they make you buy $700 worth of useless stuff ). It's definitely worth the one hour trip to go to Bridgewater. Exit 12, turn left, drive for 1 km, and you're there.

Excellent, professionally run dealership. We have a summer home in Sable River (we are from New York) and we were able to purchase a Subaru Forester with ease from ORegan’s so we could have a car for here. Even more impressive than the sales department is the service department. We ordered several extras we wanted in the vehicle that had to be ordered. They give you a date and time to come in with the vehicle and it is done AT THAT TIME. The car is in and out so quickly it’s remarkable. Not the usual drop the car off and then 2 or 3 days later they finally get to it. Keep up the good work, ORegan’s! 👍👏
