I came into One Insurance today, and I'm so glad I did! I usually deal with another broker in town, but after my experience with Amy, I'll be a customer for life.
Amy was an absolute rock star. She was so professional and incredibly fast. While other staff members were working with one customer, Amy was zipping through and was able to help three people! She got me in and out in no time.
Amy is a huge asset to One Insurance, and she's the only person I'll want to deal with from now on. Highly recommend!

Don’t assume the agents hear you when you answer their questions. I worked with Karina on Saturday just before closing and she had asked if I am driving my car to Winning for work. I said no, but guess what she did-she did all purpose. Which costed me an extra trip to Steinbach and 30 minutes of my time to fix her mistake on Monday. Super annoying.

What a pleasant office. My husband and son needed to insure their new vehicles and it was lovely that this insurance business is open in the evenings. I appreciate that ONE is open most days until 7:30.

What I want to commend is Kodi Sinclair who was our agent and handled our insurance files like an expert. Caught two errors that saved us money and also gave thoughtful advice. Kodi did an excellent job of showing that she enjoys what she does and is quite brilliant at it!
