I am so disappointed in the service here. Multiple instances of lack of disclosure for a whole process to be successfully completed. We rely on their expertise for best possible solution not for multiple trips back. A little compassion or effort goes a long way.

There should be an option for 0 stars. The employee that sits on the far left with the accent is unfriendly, unprofessional and extremely rude. This not my first experience with this unwelcoming individual. How does one stay employed? Completely embarrassing to be treated so poorly. I will NEVER return to the Olds Registry again.

I could not say anything about the two old ladies that is working here are both racist and if they don't want to give you ID they will ask for documents that you don't have to provide, we are just getting Alberta Id and not license why do they need us to provide license back home. I made it clear to them we are only getting Alberta ID but the two of them are whispering and talking infront of us very unprofessional.

Joanna and Arianne are phenomenal great customer service. I have been reluctant to go to the registery because of the rude and dismissive service for years, so happy to see friendly new faces. Registered a new car and picked up a new plate without any issues

checked the hours online, did not say they close for lunch from 12-1. showed up at 11:52 and the girl said she wasn’t able to help me because she needs to take her lunch at 12. totally refused to help me no matter how long it would have taken her. I left and sat in my car, the person that walked in with me, was still being helped right until 12. she was rude, and I will take my business back to red deer!

Staff are all very friendly and knowledgeable. I've always had great experiences here with everything from vehicle registration to changing information on my driver's license.

I think a lot of people don't realize how much these guys are expected to know with a huge variety of services that they offer with ever-changing regulations. They can't always be 100% on everything but whenever they don't know they've always been able to quickly find the right answer and accommodate me accordingly.

Staff were great. Most registries I've been to the staff seem mad that I showed up. The ladies who helped me here were nice, efficient and I was in and out in 15 minutes (was there around 1pm, so certainly not peak times. Could be longer for you.)

The worst staff ive ever seen. Thought they made some changes a while back but its the same old miserable staff. Unhappy and unhelpful. Save some time and frustration and go to didsbury or innisfail, those ones are great and get customers from olds all the time that can't stand olds registries.
