What a great experience I had dealing with EVERYONE at Okotoks Honda. This was my first experience with Okotoks Honda and it was a great one! I found a vehicle online and contacted them through the chat! Quick, polite and efficient process. I made an appointment to view the vehicle and everything was ready when I arrived. We made a deal that day and picked it up a few days later. Very easy to deal with staff, understood what I needed with financing and worked with me to achieve it. They were honest in there answers, very pleasant and friendly to deal with. We traded in an old Honda Odyssey and they made the transaction painless.

We recently bought a minivan from Okotoks Honda and had a great experience! Everyone there was really nice and helpful especially Cesar, our salesman. Cesar was awesome! He made buying a minivan seamless. He was very helpful and professional and answered all our questions. He wasn’t pushy at all which we really liked! Not a fan of pushy salesmen haha And he was hilarious, constantly making my husband and I laugh! We’d definitely buy another vehicle from them in the future.

I had a great experience with Okotoks Honda, the stuff was really friendly, the sales team understood my needs and were very patient.

I hope they can improve on communication, they were delays on updates and sometimes left without knowing what’s next, this made the experience a little frustrating. Apart from that I had a smooth experience.

Cesar was great to work with! He provided sound advice and was overall very excited to help me purchase a vehicle. I felt that he truly cared about giving me the best experience! Cesar undoubtably deserves a 5/5 rating. Unfortunately, I feel the need to disclose that I had a very negative experience with a Manager at this dealership.
