I read all the reviews prior to taking my gold coins into Ron's shop and I hope this review might help you with your decision as well. I needed to convert some gold coins into cash as my wife and I were moving to Panama to retire. Ron made it very easy, his exchange pricing was spot on, and his approach to the negotiation was relaxed which eased any concerns I had with the process. Is a unique pawn/antique shop. There are such an amazingly wide range of items. Some are classic items of people like Marilyn Monroe and Elvis and some are one of kind won't find anywhere else. The owner Ron is also very fair in his pricing and with comes to gold and silver he keeps up to date with there worth . It's a little tricky to see some of the items but if you ask him he has a mind like an elephant never forgets. He can tell you of he has it. There's records, books, jewelery/watches both real and costume, coins, spoons, paintings, Harley Davidson collectibles, war memorabilia, cds, old toys..something for everyone! Spoke with Ron and was told that he had connections to help sell a house full of my late father's possessions.
I called him on Saturday and he said he would head over in the next 2 hours (I am 15 minutes from the shop)

He called me 5 hours later to say he couldn't make it but would come by first thing Monday morning, I agreed.

Monday he called at 1130 am (not first thing!) and said he would come by between 2 and 3
I waited again and he never showed, he did call back but at 630.

Huge waste of my time and very frustrating traveling to my father's house to sit and wait for this guy who can't even be bothered to tell me he's not coming

This place is a real mess. There were three of us standing inside and there is so much stuff everywhere we could not get a fourth person in the store! The owner Ron is very friendly. He did give me a quick evaluation of my coins and paid cash. I don't know if I got a fair deal or not, but I'm just happy to get rid of my old collection.
