I am absolutely appalled and disgusted at how I was treated. I called hoping for some advice, was told my 'sob story' as he called it was irrelevant and my current situation means squat to them, all they wanted was my personal information and after I would divulge private information (without telling me why they needed it or what they would do with it), only than would they be able to give me any answers. I was interrupted numerous times only to be accused of being something that I'm not, was disrespected, made to feel worthless for even trying to tell him any details of our situation, details that mattered for trying to get a mortgage. For someone who has 'over 50 years of experience ' as they personally stated, the lack of professionalism, compassion and communication skills was disgusting beyond belief. Don't go to them for answers. All you'll be is insulted for trying to better your life and the life of your family.
