My experience with NP Financial and Mortgage, run by Pradeep, was nothing short of exhausting and deeply disappointing. From start to finish, I felt misled and mistreated.

Pradeep initially quoted me $5,000 in fees, only to later increase that to $6,000 without any reasonable explanation. His secretary, Vino, consistently gaslighted me whenever I raised concerns, making the entire process even more stressful.

Despite assurances that I would be placed with an A lender or at worst a B lender, my mortgage was ultimately closed with a private lender—something I had specifically wanted to avoid. This private lender charged me a very high lending fee and locked me into a 7.5% interest rate, which is far from competitive.

The process was disorganized, unprofessional, and felt like a constant uphill battle. Instead of helping me secure a fair deal, NP Financial left me with unnecessary costs, higher rates, and an overall torturous experience I would never want anyone else to go through.

I strongly advise others to think twice before trusting NP Financial and Mortgage with something as important as their home financing.
