The campus is going through lots of remodeling. Individual dorm rooms. Gender neutral washrooms in dorms. A beautiful Courtyard.

the actual school itself is very good, however, after living on residents I regret coming to this campus. these photos are just some of them MANY occasions where our food was pink or completely raw. for the $10,000 i paid to stay here to complete my first year it was not worth it and i would do anything to take it back. if you are coming to this campus do not live on residences, it’s a waste of money to live in a toxic environment with terrible food.

This was a good experience. Lots of people greeting the elderly, lots of wheel chairs. They took them to the area for vaccine & brought them back to be picked up. Once inside, very organized, efficient & lots of caring!

NSCC has quite a slow application process for international students. Even after 3 months, my application still has not been finalized. What's worse is no response to my emails, such poor service. So why did I pay the application fee which is 75 CAD? I don't know.

Great college with really good instructors and staff. Parking can be an issue at times. There's an awesome gym in the sport and wellness center that is open to all students and staff as well with lots of equipment!

I am usually not the type of person to post personal reasons on social media but I feel this needs to be said as I am comfortable and confident in my academic career to say something.

I attended this school for 3 years and the amount of victimization, bullying, and emotional abandonment I experienced was ridiculous. This was from other students, faculty and the academic chair themselves. Just know there are other campuses out there to give a much better experience and help you be able to thrive. I’m not the only student who attended this school to have this experience, just know that you are not alone and can do so much better.

I am not posting this to slander, but to criticize and critique this campus and advocate for those whom have experienced the same amounts of oppression from this school. Stay strong.

NSCC Fitness Centre in Truro is fantastic. Free membership for NSCC students and it has tons of facilities. Locker room is clean and large, showers are decent, equipment is abundant (although not all of it works). On top of the mechanical gym, there is also an upstairs gymnasium with basketball hoops and other fun sports.
