Après plusieurs appels en anglais pour un paiement pris en trop et le fameux 21 jours de remboursement j'ai finalement reussi pour avoir un service en français mais ils ont des problèmes avec les prêts AXIS depuis le 15 juin ils ont changé de service informatique et ils ne savent quand je vais être payer pour mon 100$ ça peut prendre 2 semaines ? En 2024 virement bancaire , chèque ...dossier à suivre.

Sa pris 2 3j avant d'avoir un service en français alors qu'il y a l'option français sur la messagerie c'est un peu gênant !!! Mais sinon quand j'ai enfin eu un service en français la madame a bien répondu a toute mes questions

Taran super service à la clientèle du début jusqu’à la fin ! Elle parle seulement en anglais mais elle met d’énorme effort pour comprendre et elle trouve des solutions pour qu’ont se comprennent . Merci énormément Taran un énorme plaisir de vous avoir parler !

Aucun service en français. Ça prend 2-3 jours avant d'avoir une réponse plus que vague part courriel. Ça fait 1 mois qu'ils ont le chèque pour payer mon prêt mais ils ne l'encaisse pas et continu de prendre les paiements dans mon compte... Si je pouvais donner moins que 1 étoile, c'est ce que je ferais!

Northlake Financial bought out Axis. If you're a previous Axis customer, keep a VERY close eye on your account. Our vehicle is paid off, yet they claim we still owe thousands of dollars.

Speaking to their representatives, we've requested a payment ledger of our complete payment history, which they are required to provide by law.

They have avoided sending it for over a month now while attempting to damage my credit.

Raul and other people like him have totally ignored continuous requests for the document.

All their totals are inaccurate, and they're trying to scam Axis auto customers of thousands.

We're currently preparing a legal case against them.

Watch your funds people!

*Update, we have received a ledger balance showcasing every months payment. HOWEVER, the ledger does not provide totals at the bottom as traditional documents would, to show total interest paid, principal, etc.

So we calculated it ourselves, well, we were right! We have OVERPAID for this vehicle, all while they have consistently said otherwise.

Their management is now investigating the matter since we've proven we're right, using their provided document.

We'll update with results and outcome.

Axis Auto and Northlake Financial are two of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with. If you avoid them, you’ll be far better off. My experience with them has been absolutely horrible. If you’re not vigilant about your account, they will scam you out of your money, which is exactly what I’ve experienced with Northlake Financial.

I’ve spoken with representatives like Minerva (supervisor), Rahul and Andre, and all I’ve received is the runaround. They have completely mismanaged my account, making it seem like I owe them money even though I’ve paid $199 to stop them from accessing my account. Northlake Financial, which took over my file in February, has continuously charged me NSF fees, despite my repeated explanations and proof of the $199 payment that should have stopped.

I’m now at the point where I have to involve a lawyer and file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, as they have provided me with three different account statements that don’t make sense. I still don’t know where my money has gone, and I can’t get a straight answer from anyone.

To anyone reading this, if you have accounts with these companies, keep a close eye on your loans because if you’re not paying attention, they will take advantage of you. They have the worst customer service, promise callbacks within 24 to 48 hours, and never follow through. I can’t emphasize enough how awful these companies are, and I firmly believe they are scamming people out of their money.
