My broker, Kelsey Plett, is very familiar with my files and, if I have a question or concern, he responds promptly. Kelsey contacts me , on a regular basis in order to review my coverages, as well as to advise me of changes which may have occurred. He provides suggestions on how to supplement my coverage, if necessary and/or to make adjustments which will be financially beneficial.

I have dealt with Dori Montanini, as well, and she is, always pleasure to deal with. She is considerate and friendly, and I never have the feeling that I am inconveniencing her.
