I have been a member at Niverville credit union for 40 years. Had my first mortgage there and many vehicle and personal loans. Was a member when it was still a small building on Main Street in Niverville. It’s a shame that the service now is NOWHERE near the service received then. It was once about the people who made up the credit union. Now it’s about what the credit union can use you for to increase their bottom line. It is understandable that it needs to be profitable. That is evident by their expansion. There has never been so much as a late payment on our part, Yet over the years it has gone from personal service and great attitude on their part to please take a number. And what is your number. We no longer have names. It is a shame that those who help build the credit union such as Doug Adams and John Friesen are gone. The ones there these days should have learned from them. It’s to bad they didn’t.

Holds on CASH deposits in this day and age? C'mon, seriously? Couldnt buy groceries with MY OWN MONEY this weekend! I refuse to let my family/children suffer because of this rediculous institution and their good ol' boys club rules. Time to start shopping around for a new bank.

Terrible customer service here in niverville. Bank machine did not dispense my money yet it was taken out of my account. When I went in to speak with the manager I was told to contact my bank and that they would not reimburse my ATM fee for there machine being faulty.. do not bank here!

ABSOLOUTE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!!!!!! ETRANSFERS TAKE OVER AN HOUR TO SEND, THEN WHEN I CANCEL THE E TRANSFER THINKING IT DIDNT WORK... IT SENDS A CANCELLED ETRANSFER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! INTERAC ALWAYS ONLY SEEMS TO BE DOWN FOR THIS BANK AND NOT MY RBC ACCOUNT. WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO WHEN IM TRYING TO SEND MY WIFE MONEY FOR OUR KID AND I CANT EVEN SEND IT!!!!!!!!!!! THEEEEEE WORSSSSTTTTT BANKKKKK EVERRRRRRRRR

Just don't leave any atm card there. They will destroy it in a heartbeat without giving any chance to claim it back. Stupid policy!
