I had read that massage therapy can reduce anxiety. I came in today with a headache, stiff upper back and anxiety. All of which are dissipated. She is the second RMT that I have been to since moving to Swift Current and I am pleased with the results. The commnication was good and the pressure just right for me. I think anyone who communicates well with Nicole will get what they want out of a session. She was professional and well educated in massage therapy.
