I deal with New Haven a few times in my line of work and the experience is always awesome. Ritu worked hard and quickly for us to get things done. There was no going back and forth for documents etc. Ritu was on top of her game at every step of my closings. I have also worked with Nicholas and always found them so pleasant to deal with and they care for my clients as well.

I can't tell you how much I despise this company. You send emails, they don't respond. Oh, but you'll get emails at the last minute with only a couple days before "hand over the funds if not..." Your sent email won't even be acknowledged. Try to get someone on the phone Best of luck. After a million press this for this, press that for that...you still can't get through. Imagine! I'm still waiting for "IT" to look into something in order to allegedly fix an email that was supposed to have an attachment, yet if I'll probably get dinged for something that wasn't my fault. Man, the list goes on. So would I recommend? Ummm, nope.

We had not funded any deals with New Haven Mortgages in many years but jut recently have been working with them. Just closed our first deal. It has been a great experience. We love the constant updates and follow ups. Veronica was lovely to work with and Danielle is amazing. Can't say enough about the constant communication it makes a huge difference.
