The worst banking experience ever. Got convinced to transfer mortgage here then when I wanted to pay off my mortgage. There is all these excuses to delay my transaction. I could not find anyone from Richmond branch knows what they were doing and how to discharge my mortgage. Then they said I need to hire a lawyer to discharge it but the bank still going to charge me 75 dollars discharge fee. Never had this kind of experience before with any other banks. This is the worst bank ever and will never bank here again. Also shared my experience with my friends and family. My friend is transferring their mortgage to other banks when it is matured. There is never anyone pick up the phone when you call the branch and they never update their voice message. Please send some capable people to do coaching sessions for the staff at this location. They are driving customers away!
