Absolute worst company to deal with. Do not get sucked into any gym memberships that have anything to do with this company. They get you in with a 16 week program, but sign you up for a year. They say you can cancel after your 16 weeks are over, but they won’t cancel your membership. Stay away from them!

Attempted to contact this company to cancel membership to gym within the 24 hour time frame before next credit card deduction. I have not been to that gym since late January. Paid January and February. It is now March and they want ANOTHER month payment to cancel...if I do not I was threatened with my account being turned over to collections. Tried to speak with customer service and after 20 minute wait was instructed to leave a voicemail and I would be contacted within 24 hours. This is the precise situation which caused me to fall outside of the 24-hour guideline for cancellation. So because the company itself couldn't get back to me it is now charging me with threats of collections. This is an excellent way for the gyms who use this company to not get return memberships

This is simply a third-party billing company that works with various fitness clubs and primarily the FitSmart company to provide 16 week challenges.

I have been working with NAC billing for the past three years and I’ve had no issues. They handle all of the billing on behalf of my fitness club and then provide me with the percentage agreed-upon on a monthly basis

Ignore the negative reviews as these are people who did not read or understand the gym membership they signed up for and want to blame the billing company. The terms in which to cancel the gym membership are explicitly clear and easy to understand. What you have are lazy people who are looking to take the lazy way out and then blaming everyone other than themselves.

My only complaint with the company is that they need a more aggressive collections department that can quickly and adequately collect past due money from people who have chosen to stop making their contractual payments

This is the worst company I ever dealt with in my life for payment issues. If you are reading my review, please, please, and please never use this company for any transaction. If you go for a contract with them, they will make your life hell to cancel it. They will take your money without any reason. I promise I will never use this company in my life. It is the worst billing company in my life. If I had known about them earlier, I wouldn't go for the contract or go to the gym. They say they are just a billing company. Sheer false. They are both the contract and the billing company. Without any proper reasons, they bill in the name of contract. I chose one star because I had to post my review. Otherwise, I would go for a negative point. Isn't it better to have a simple life instead of making it hell by engaging with the wrong people?

Do not do any business associated with this company they will screw u big time. Did not cancel my membership because letter wasn't certified, then when it was it was past the cancelation date. Wouldn't send me an invoice certified mail to buyout my membership instead racked up my bill. Off to collections we go

Terrible customer service, locks you into lengthy contracts that are pricey with fine print that states you cannot cancel without a doctors excuse. BEWARE!!!!!

Reviews are correct. NAC is a predatory company for gyms and fitness clubs. Do not ever sign up for a 16 week challenge. You’ll lose weight, but your pockets will too. Disgusting company.

1/30/24 - Editing to clarify, I said that the NAC is a predatory company FOR the benefit of gyms and fitness clubs. There’s a reason why the NAC has a D rating on the BBB and a PO Box as a corresponding address… (Can’t ever cover that up) and whoever working there should be ashamed to have a debt shark company as a full time job.
