The little cabin was so cozy. The bathroom had heated floors and a bidet which felt like home. It was such a great experience. The hot springs were amazing. The breakfast was really good in the small cafe. Would love to come back.

Stayed at the resort last weekend, there was a major windstorm and the power was out during the entirety of our 1 night stay. The pools were closed, there was no cell service, WiFi, or Running water in our cabin.

The management team gave us a 20% refund and offered us a complimentary stay in future, which we do feel was kind and helped make up for the previous experience. We hope to come up again in future and enjoy the pools & can update our review to 5 star with a positive experience this time.

The hot springs were excellent with a perfect backdrop. There were only 6 people in the pools when we visited. Staff was friendly and helpful. For the first time visiting we will return.

One of the best hot springs in Canada went in the middle of summer and there was 5 ten people in the springs. It wasn't dead but it's not over run with tourists. Truly a proudful Canadian hot spring. Can't wait to come back this summer

As far as commercial hot springs go, Nakusp is a good one. It has a much more calm atmosphere than many others. It’s out of the way location means less people, which is a nice change from many others in western Canada.

Definitely recommend going on a snowy day, it really adds to the atmosphere. I like that they had relaxing music quietly playing in the background, it’s a nice touch.

One of the best parts was how clean and dry the changing area was.

I would go again if I was in the area.

The rooms are basic but warm and comfortable. The beds were all very clean and comfy. The benefits of staying at the hotsprings is the amount of bathing one can/will enjoy during the stay. We went 3 times a day for an hour a piece because of tyres early access. The early swim at opening is especially great because there is no one there except other cabin bathers. You do need to know that there is no cell service up there but they now have wifi so you can use wifi calling and do research unlike before. There is also no restaurant, there is a snack bar but bringing premade food and easy snacks is recommended. We love it here and have made this an annual trip. The town of Nakusp also has an amazing playground, and I mean amazing. Its made from full size logs skinned and bolted together.

Came for a day trip, very clean facility & friendly staff. Decent rate. Beautiful, peaceful location with gorgeous views from the pool. Definitely worth the drive up.
