Auto insurance seems like it’s fine to get here however, getting homeowners insurance is a different story. Before I came here, Tony assured me he would deal with me because I like to know who I’m dealing with and that’s why I went with his insurance company. He assured me, but later passed me onto someone else. when I asked to see him, he had no time for me and I won’t get into what that experience was like, but it was very unprofessional. I have had mistakes made, and so was paying more than I should have been and there wasn’t so much as an apology. Because I live in a duplex, and share the insurance I’m pretty much stuck having to go here. Seems like insurance agents just want you to pay without much customer service these days.

I had needed to renew my ICBC car insurance and Vincent was super efficient, pleasant to talk to, and renewed my insurance papers in less than 15 minutes! Thanks Vincent!

Lots of free street parking and agents on hand. Much better experience than having to line up at London Drugs and Superstore where there is always a lineup and wait.

I saved so much time here and it was quiet, clean and comfortable. Also, decent hours for those who work the 9-5. Highly recommended.

I flew all the way to vancouver from Calgary to pickup a truck being gifted to me. I had some issues with my documents and this location was able to deal with them. I am very thankful for that or I would have had to go back to Calgary empty handed.
I didn’t get the man’s name that dealt with me but he seemed like he owned the business. He got things done and was very professional. I highly recommend this location
