Their sales person sold me a comprehensive collision insurance that only works when you have comprehensive from ICBC and only works after your submit a claim for the ICBC. The same insurance sales person sold me only Basic insurance from ICBC, so any claim for Murrick gets automatically denied

This place is only good if you don't deal with Michelle. There is something seriously wrong with her. Everything she has ever looked at, that I have brought in, she has tried to reject. This included vehicle transfers in an estate and a brand new car I purchased for my son's graduation yesterday. His surprise was somewhat ruined because I had to go to another broker to get the insurance. If you go here just say "anyone but Michelle."
