I was quoted $86/month through Mulvihills for a company called Commonwell to which I gladly accepted. A week and a half later once the worker finally decided to get things in order and send me the paperwork, not only did she provide me with 2 new quotes for the WRONG companies thinking that’s who I chose, but the “new” quote for Commonwell had DOUBLED to $157 a month to which she callously replied “yep rates are increasing like crazy”. Why is it a new quote when I accepted the original one with full intention of signing up then and there?
Poor customer service. The kicker is that I had also foolishly preemptively cancelled my other policy thinking I was dealing with a professional company that would at minimum have locked my rate in or begun the process. Luckily I was able to salvage that without paying out the wazoo with fees but be mindful when using them !

As the licenced driver for an estate vehicle they would not let me cancel the policy after the vehicle was sold. Legally all auto policies need a licenced driver so whats the difference if I asked to be taken off - they would have to cancel the policy. Lack of common sense.

Friendly people at Mulvihill, but I did not get the help I was looking for. I received one quote, for a 2020 Hyundai sedan, at $270 a month. I asked for more options, and they were unwilling to look for a cheaper quote. I ended up getting a rate of $143 a month through Aviva, with no help from Mulvihill. Shop around, people!

This brokerage is super! Always helps me quickly and with a great attitude. Rates for all of my insurance are the best I can find anywhere else for auto, bike, and toys! I'd recommend them all day long! (Tamara is my rep and she's super!)

Imo... they are great. Ive had atv insurance with them for ten years and just this summer added insurance to my travel trailer.
Also very professional and reasonably priced.
Highly recommend giving them a call.
