I booked an appointment for taxes 2-3 days in advance. Mateusz made an estimate and asked to prepare data ahead, which i did and e-mailed. Within less then 2 hours from the appointment, he sent a notification: "appointment is canceled, I am independent and choose my clients, etc".
This was a very disappointing experience.
