I have been dealing with Mountain view insurance for over a decade, and I am quite happy with the service that I receive there.
It's a convenient, clean location, and they have great hours.
Denice, the employee that I deal with, is quite pleasant and welcoming and has been extremely knowledgeable about all the types of insurance I have needed. She knows what to recommend and what someone may be needlessly paying for.
I have and will continue to recommend Mountain view to all my friends and family.

My family has been coming here for years and my recent experience was so terrible that we will no longer be using or recommending their services. From the moment I asked Curtis to renew my insurance he came across as compliant but disinterested. Do you know your drivers license number? Date of birth? He asked in a monotone voice without looking up from his monitor. No smile, barely an acknowledgement that I was there. I guess names don’t matter anymore. I wanted to pay with a credit card that had been issued a new PIN which I had forgotten. I asked to use the phone and was told “no” I could not use the phone. The company phone that is. Don’t you have a phone? He asked. You can use your own phone. I could not believe it. You seriously won’t let me use your phone? No!
Zero customer service skills, zero engagement with the customer. No interest in taking payment. No interest in customer satisfaction or retention. I told him I would no longer be using this business. He passed me my insurance papers and I asked for a sleeve to put them in. I thought you weren’t coming back here anymore? He paused and passed me a sleeve. Unbelievable!!

Fast and friendly service as always. My boyfriend and I will only deal with Mountainview as they have their s**t together when it comes to insurance. The employees are will to sit down and discuss options with you instead of pushing you along and then out the door. Nothing seems like an inconvenience to them, the way I've been made to feel at my previous insurer. Of you want to deal with knowledgeable and friendly insurance staffers check this place out.

This was a beautiful place with a beautiful experience! Loved the service and they paid attention to detail and requests ? ?
They went above and beyond to help meet my needs and the lady sitting directly on your left as you walk in the store was d best!!! Give thanks lady... lol (ps. I will get ylir name next time! LOL )

Dealing with them was very frustrating it took 2 months for my tenancy insurance to get finalized. Due to mistakes being made with the name, then the address then 3rd party making mistakes and then won't change the policy date even though the mistake was on their end. Finally came through but date still not changed. Curtis the gentleman I was dealing with was very nice, he always replied to my emails and tried his best.

Total waste of time, I phoned in before I went there just to make sure I had the proper information but after I drove there is was a completely different story so total wasted trip. I will never go back because they didn’t even care that they gave me the wrong information just said “oh well”

DO NOT waste your time with these guys. The owners leaves 2 very bad actors in charge of the zoo - they are just TOO COOL for School. They act annoyed and soooo busy when you have a question. I asked a simple question - the response was if you do not like it - you can go somewhere else. BEST ADVICE they ever gave me!! DO NOT bother to give them your hard earned cash or any more business. NOT WORTH the hassle and wasted time.

I just dealt with the kindest and most helpful insurance agent, Leanne. I was in a delimma as I had forgotten to renew my insurance, partly due to the snow and partly due to having "holiday brain". And since it had expired, I was no longer eligible to renew it online myself. Thankfully I called Mountainview and spoke to Leanne. Initially I was going to take a cab or Uber down to the storefront to do the renewal, but Leanne called me back and was able to complete it all over the phone/email. Mountainview is so lucky to have Leanne! Thank you again!!
