Called there thrice, guy on the phone would pick up, say nothing and hang up on you. Poor customer service.

The staff at Morris on Roblin have always been super helpful and friendly - specifically Graham. We live in northern Manitoba with no insurance broker in our town and he has always been there to help us out via phone or email.

I cannot believe the level of incompetence that this company has shown, I came in to change the address and I specifically told them that my address is the same address that is on my driver license right now just the only thing that needs to be changed is the numbers from 19 to 17 that's the only thing that was supposed to be changed, they have changed my address to a completely unrelated address in a completely different postal code area.
I have discovered that after someone else have received my driver license and gave it to an auto pack broker in Union city I called Morris Insurance immediately but they told me come back tomorrow we'll see what we can do about it, of course the other auto pack broker fixed my problem immediately and helped me to wave any fees that came with it I will definitely never never use this company ever again.

This is an absolutely wonderful place, even if you are there at the end of the day, the staff and agents treat you like you are the first customer of the day and are super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend!

Quick and efficient service. I felt bad because I got there only 10 minutes before they closed but the woman greeted my mother and I at the door and ushered us in. Got us in and out in 15 minutes.
Will definitely be using this broker for future renewals.
