I've had my mogocard for a long time and I myself received no issues with using the actual service itself. With most new companies you'll always experience little mishap as they strive to be better and continuing to scale their business as the popularity of their services grows.

We must be patient with people and companies who are doing their part for planetary impacts. It's not an easy task to go green. Although, everyone's experience is different, I haven't had any bad experiences yet with customer service. My experience was above and beyond to be honest but I guess it all depends on the problems.

I spoke with Tony and he was very transparent and information even followed up with me two months later. At the time I was a major client as I am now. I will say the advertising for the loans and how it is completed could be done a lot better. There can be a change in this process which will see and increase in customer trust and that 3.9 start rating turned into a 4.5-4.8. 3.9 means you're really a 4 start company because some of these comments will be trolls or just people who don't understand the nature of business.

improvements - bring back some type of reward or rebate now that crypto is gone to a different company
- Make the paper work process for loans more effective and user friendly
- From the comments increase the quality of customer service representatives or maybe have an increase in work modules if the company has a remote working location for now.

Worse than a terrible experience. Avoid this company and don't waste your time. I recieved a pre approval, it was marketed as a quick process. It ended up taking 6 days, two chat conversations with one taking an hour and half. They didn't have my bank as an option to connect, so I had to manually provide a statement which is fine. However, where I receive my pay isn't where I wanted payments to come from, so I provided a statement for that account as well. In every interaction I had to provide the same information already provided over and over. It's just templated responses and no customer service. At the end of it they amended the offer to $300 which was a significant reduction from the pre-approval and was a slap in the face. The time spent and information provided cost more than that. What a waste of time and energy. Find a different company and save yourself the headache and frustration.

A friend told me about the Mogo app. I was a little apprehensive at first but assured me it was completely safe and secure. I am so happy I downloaded the app and love that I can be notified of threats to my credit. I also love the ability to be able to see my credit score on a regular basis.

I downloaded the free iPhone app to check my free credit score after trying out a couple of other companies without apps I saw on TV. Hands down the Mogo experience blows all the others away in terms of helping me improve my score and the convenience of the push notifications when my score is updated through the app instead of email. Then I decided to try the MogoCard and now I'm 6 months in to managing my spending using their spending goal feature! I'm now spending about 70% of what I used to on my credit card. Obsessed!

Mogo is a great company to do business with. The people who call them scammers are idiots who did not take the time to understand what they were signing. That's on you! Their process, interest, etc. was made very clear to me. It is what it is but they are totally above board. I would not hesitate to use their services if I needed to. Just read your papers and ask them questions. They are completely honest with customers.

This helps me as the customer make the best informed decisions. Nothing is hidden, very transparent. I always feel like I am their number one priority.

What a simple and quick experience. In a few minutes I got my credit score and I love the option to have my credit monitored so I won't have any surprise activity that can cost me money down the road. Have already shared with family and friends!
