We've been with MA for several years now. It's a great service right in between a fully hands off robo-advisor and a fully hands-on advisor. I redirected my RRIF to Modern Advisor about four years ago. My goal was a 50/50 conservative/growth portfolio with a goal to cover my obligatory RRIF withdrawals while keeping my capital intact. At the end of July 2024 my portfolio is above my initial investment and that is even after my 2024 withdrawal has been made. Bang on my expectations. Strongly recommend them.

Started with modern advisor about 18months ago. They appear really concened about there clients. Whenever i have had a concern they are right on it, with a full explanation in language that you understand.
The agent Dan Steinkey always returns my enquires either by email or an old fashion phone call. Glad I made the switch
