From our first meeting, I knew we'd be in good hands with Mo selling our place and finding our next home. He spent time walking us through the selling process and was very detailed in planning what needed to be done to ensure the house was at it's best before listing (e.g. his team did paint touch ups, deep cleaned inside and the exterior). Mo kept in communication with us throughout the entire process and his calm nature was always very reassuring. I've never worked with a real estate agent that was so invested and once listed, the house sold so quickly! In searching for the next property, bookings were lined up quickly and efficiently. Mo was very thoughtful in his assessment of the properties and negotiated an amazing price. I am very impressed and thankful for Mo and his team. Mo is a lifesaver. Point blank period. I was in the market for well over a year. I was on MLS , House Sigma etc. to no avail. Hired him, 2 months later, I had my first property. Get this, detained with 2 rental units!!!
