After many calls to different brokerages I was referred to MITCH Insurance Brokers. I called after 5:00 pm on a weekday and my call was still taken by a representative. My situation with a new vehicle purchase was complex and Alex Kendall seemed confident in his ability to help. He clearly communicated what was needed to proceed and was 'on it'. Throughout the process he provided clear guidance, was personable and very professional. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone . All I wanted was a quote but you'll receive an automated message and then phone disconnects. Happened 2 times in a row. After reading some reviews I realized maybe it's for my own good.

I am writing to express my frustration regarding the recent issue with our payment date change request.

As brokers, your role is to facilitate communication between the customer and the insurance company. On our end, we submitted a request via email to have our payment date changed. We were not advised that the change would only take effect starting next month and that the current month’s payment would still be withdrawn on the original date.

However, we never received any written confirmation from the insurance company, nor did we receive a response from you confirming our request—even though our email clearly shows as sent and was part of a reply to your previous message.

It’s concerning that we were told the email was not received, despite clear evidence in our sent box. This lack of communication forced us to follow up by phone to get answers, by which point the payment had already been withdrawn, resulting in additional fees due to insufficient funds.

This situation could have been avoided with timely communication and proper follow-up. I kindly ask for an explanation and to know what steps will be taken to prevent similar issues in the future. Additionally, I would appreciate assistance in addressing the fees incurred due to this breakdown.

Update - Alex reached out after posting the review and was helpful to assist with a quote.

I reached out to them by submitting an online request for a quote, and their automated reply stated someone would call me. No one ever did. After waiting for a day, I called them myself and spoke with someone named Kash (or Kaash), who took down my details and assured me I’d receive a call back by the end of the day with a quote. It's now been two days, and I still haven't heard from anyone.

This level of service is unacceptable, especially from a business that deals with something as important as insurance. If this is how they treat potential clients, I can only imagine the service once you’re actually signed on. Based on my experience, I do not recommend this company - they clearly do not value customer service or follow-through.
