Chris makes sure to contact me on a regular basis and makes sure I understand anything I bring up about my account. - transparency is key. He and his team (Katie and Heather come to mind) are patient and kind, encouraging an "open door" policy where I am welcome to contact them with any questions or concerns I may have.
