When I first started with Millennium insurance they provided great service, and they had the lowest rates. However, when I had to inquire about a different type of home insurance, I found it incredibly difficult to get in touch with anyone. I called and left messages hoping someone would call me back. I called at least 3 times in a two week period and was sent to their mailbox every time, I never got a call back. I also sent multiple email inquiries, and it would take more than five business days for someone to get back to me.
I decided to cancel all my insurances with them because they weren’t able to offer me the type of home insurance I needed and the appalling customer service was the last nail in the coffin for me.

I recently visited Millennium Insurance, and I had a great experience. Although I waited about 45 minutes, the process of getting insurance for my new vehicle was quick and efficient once I was seen. Michelle was outstanding—she listened carefully to my needs and knew exactly what I required.

The overall service was impressive. Upon arrival, I was greeted warmly and asked to sign in, which made the wait feel organized. The staff were all friendly and helpful.
