They used to be nice to deal with. Now it’s terrible. No customer service. Our policy was canceled and we were not even notified. We drove a month without insurance until we found out it was canceled. I did not understand how they can get away with that.

Please do not get insurance with them because you could be in big trouble because of driving without insurance. The payment for insurance went out of my account so there was never a late payment either.

Anneka & Heidi are amazing insurance agents and have been for over a decade of insuring motorcycles, trucks and cars with them. I ripped ligaments in my knee with the motorcycle and they actually cared about me first personally... then the insurance portion afterwards which was handled very well. It's nice to have professionals that are still personal to handle our business, thanks for having such great staff in our small town Mike & Margo!

Went in about a year ago to get my car insured, where they told them it would take up to two weeks. I sent all my paperwork in promptly so they were able to process and send away as soon as possible. This was my first time ever getting insurance which is why there was a 2 week processing time. I understood and was good with waiting. 2 weeks come and go, no phone call with updates either. So i decided to go in and find out for myself what was going on. THEY NEVER SENT MY APPLICATION OUT. I was patiently waiting for my insurance to be processed, and the branch forgot to even send it out. They tried covering it up and making excuses for why it wasn't sent out, but it was so obvious. I kept my composure and was very polite about it, however the lady working my case was very rude about it. So I left and took my business elsewhere.

Went to a different company and got insured within A DAY. I do not recommend this branch. Very sloppy.

Been with Mike Karda for at least 14 to 15 years, and they used to be a pleasure to deal with when they were still State Farm. Had our first auto claim now, and when dealing with a claim you have to deal with somebody from Toronto or China, (the claims department), ignorant. Will be changing insurance companies as soon as my insurance is up for renewal. If you have to deal with somebody in different city or province, or country for that matter, you might as well shop online for cheaper. I will change my rating if tommorows phone call which I'm hoping is the last, goes a little better then today.
