Very happy we had Mike to help us as first time home buyers!

We found Mike through his YouTube channel while researching our move from Vancouver to St. Albert. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that he has a background in renovations/construction. He was able to provide us insight into the quality of each property we viewed because of that.

His honesty was particularly refreshing; at one point we nearly convinced ourselves to settle for something that was decent, but truly was not THE home. However, Mike knew that we could find something better and wanted to help us continue searching! Well, I'm glad we trusted his word as not much later we found our now wonderful home, perfectly within our budget and in a wonderful neighborhood.

I found Mike on YouTube originally and thought I'd reach out to him when I moved to Edmonton in search of a home. He was super helpful, patient, knowledgeable and strategic in helping us find our first house and I am forever grateful. He definitely is a realtor that is willingly helpful and not just in it for a cheque. He is still available to questions and any sort of guidance even after our experience and I am grateful for that. Mike sold my house just west of St. Albert. He did an amazing job of promoting my place. The proffesional pictures and video is what made the sale. The signs he put up were very proffessional looking. I was away form alberta when he was showing and Mike took it upon himself to shovel and snowblow my driveway and sidewalks. He goes above and beyond any other agent I've delt with. If you are looking to sell a house in St.Albert or Edmonton and surrounding area this is the man you want.
