I’ve been with Desjardin for quite some time,and Odette is one of the best, but today I had to call to clarify an issue as they deducted a much higher amount than my usual payment. Unfortunately, the lady I spoke with was not accommodating and even raised her voice at me and put me on a hold. It’s disappointing to encounter this kind of behavior in the industry, especially when dealing with customer inquiries. With such impatience and lack of professionalism, I’ve decided not to renew.

I've been dealing with this company and Odette since 2016 from auto,life,renters and more insurance policies. That is due to Odette being very proficient at her job and knowledgeable and excellent people skills unlike a car sales men or financially mangers at car dealerships that are so desperate to up sell you on everything. Odette dose it at ease and confidence only selling you what you really need but alway there to answer questions about other products/policies that are available. I will keep my business with this location as long as Odette is working there for all the hard work and hrs she puts into her career.

I’ve been in this insurance company for like over 5 years. Odette helped me all the time and today I went to do some changes with my premiums / policy and Brett helped a lot and gave me a lot of goodies (before they dont have any 😅 ) so i highly recommend you guys to get your coverage through them. They are all very accommodating in ways and never had to wait for an advisor to help me whether by phone or in person.
