I have been using Marita for a few years now and she is always very responsive and helpful. Most recently, she went above and beyond in helping my kid get their car insured right in time for a big road trip. I didn't think it was going to be possible but Marita made it happen. A friend recommended MHK to me when I was looking to shop around for insurance policies and they're great. Melanie is amazing to work with, she is thorough and patient to answer my many, many questions. Unlike some other places where they put you on hold for a long time just to talk to a broker, service at MHK is always quick and prompt. I had coverage for home and auto for several years with MHK. Kathy looked after our policy. She was fantastic. Always had very fast replies to any questions we had. She is definitely 5 star. I wound up leaving MHK as the insurance companies they dealt with were more expensive than what I found elsewhere. But that may not be the result for everyone. When I signed up with MHK the rates were very competitive.
