Nobody knows you like your insurance agents! Believing and trusting Crystal Metz Insurance Agency has never been a problem. They are very professional and understand our family/business needs. I'd say if we've ever had issues we can just make a call but we've never had any. They are so thorough and very involved with our decisions we can rest at ease. You can too!

Great insurance agency with knowledgeable agents willing to find the policy and coverage that suits you best.
I had a very active vehicle replacement year and Jodi was instrumental in properly insuring my acquisitions at a fair value. She also showed me how to reduce my vehicle costs by combining my property insurance. Thank you Jodi and Crytal Metz Agency.

I want to thank the Crystal Metz Insurance team especially Mandy for helping me out when my basement flooded. Within an hour I had a restoration crew in my home helping me figure out the best approach to a burst pipe. Mandy walked me through the whole process and the adjuster that stepped in was amazing. Crystals Team has been so good to work with. Each person that answers when my family calls are treated very professionally and friendly. Im a texter type person so i often text my questions any time of the day or night and one of the Crystal Mets Insurance team gets in contact thru phone or text as quickly as they get the message.
