I seldom write reviews but felt I needed to share my thoughts about an exceptional individual and company that will surpass your expectations.
Today’s world seems to lack the high standards, professionalism, strong ethics and genuine honesty we use to have.
I have been a client with McDougall Insurance (formerly Johnston Insurance) for many years (20+yrs) and have always received top notch and worry free service. My Insurance Rep Jennifer Murray is the main reason why I have stayed for that long. I can always rely on her excellent knowledge, vast experience, willingness to go the extra mile and her genuine compassion for her clients. She is friendly, helpful and goes over and beyond to find the ideal coverage. She is always accessible to answer all my questions and researches every option for me.
As you can see I am extremely satisfied with her service and can say without a shadow of doubt, I can rest my mind at ease to know that I am fully covered for any insurance situation.
I give Jennifer 11+ stars out of 10 and highly recommend her.
I wish all my interactions for services were half as good as with Jennifer and McDougall Insurance.
Thanks Jennifer, you’re the very best and should be extremely proud of yourself and the exceptional top rate service you consistently provide.

We are new to Arnprior, and Ontario, and needed home insurance. We had a ton of options but we decided to go local. Wow, so glad we did! Was dealing with Scott for a car insurance quote. He bragged about the great google reviews and this was why I should go with him. Received the quote no problem, then nothing else happened. I responded with my approval to move forward and gave my banking information and start date. Days later I asked if he required anything else as I hadn't heard from him. Never heard from him again. So I'm not exactly sure how they have such good reviews as it wasn't my experience. Had an agent from another McDougall office take over and that was an even worst experience. Still have no insurance two weeks later. Have now moved on to another company.
