I brought my truck in for some recall work and some technical service. I little while after getting it back, I was driving with my two-year-old stepson in the vehicle and the body control module fell out of place and became lodged under my brake pedal, making it impossible to stop the truck resulting in several potentially catastrophic near misses.

This wasn’t just sloppy—it was dangerously negligent. The safety of my family was put at serious risk due to careless work. They failed us in a way that could have definitely ended in tragedy. I won’t be returning.

Great service!! Had to have our truck dropped off by a tow truck after hours while we were on our way back to SK from US. Left keys and info in the drop box. Talked to them the next morning and they were already working on it. They squeezed us in and had us up and going with a new hub and wheel bearing by the afternoon. It was quite a relief that their great service had us going the next day instead of potentially being stranded for the weekend.
