If I could give Matt a higher rating than 5 I would! He was absolutely AMAZING to work with! He is very patient in answering all of your questions/concerns and explaining all of the terminology that comes with renewing/refinancing your mortgage! He is great at answering the phone and emails when needed and getting back to you quickly which I appreciate!

When we were buying our first home, we used the first mortgage broker given to us (not Matt) which was a HUGE mistake. We were going back and forth for months sending documents, calling, emailing and texting with no reply for days at a time and were waiting until a couple of hours on the day of closing to confirm if we had a mortgage or not. It was a very stressful period especially when we had no clue about the process of applying for a mortgage.

So when rates went down, I saw Matt was highly recommended so we called Matt and the experience was NIGHT AND DAY! He answered all of my questions and was able to make transferring our mortgage smooth and quick! He asked for the documents he needed and within a few days received an email that we had been approved and the paperwork would be sent soon! We did what took our first mortgage broker 4 months of stress and back and forth for Matt to complete in a week with no hassle or stress on our part. I will recommend him to anyone who needs a mortgage and we will be renewing our mortgage for the future with him!
