Just switched over 4 different policies to Martina. Let me tell you, after paying over $150,000 in insurance over 10 years to multiple companies, I think I have finally found "The One".
After activating policies worth a measly $5000, I get a personalized thank you, and a gift card. Now thats real appreciation. Other companies only say "if you already made a payment, please accept our thanks and disregard this notice". You know what I mean!!!

Do not recommend this insurance company, Or any desjardins.. They don't cover leaks, basements, got a call from them, mentioned we don't have Seapage insurance, so we don't have a claim..i guess we don't have coverage, my mom is 82 years old, now we are faced with mold issues, at our cost!!! We did all the Is necessary steps to try to dry the carpets etc, hours of work, that they told us to do only, to be told, we are not covered
Totally disappointed,!!!.. Customer satisfaction is not appreciated here..
