trying to manage my 90 year old fathers account. Therefore I need to phone Marsh to discuss (as there is no online account set up as he has no email address). Waiting on hold with no indication of how long to wait. My third phone call and approaching an hour wait. I wonder if anyone is actually in the office. Terrible customer service

I was promised a call back from an employee who never called back. I called several different times of the day and remained on hold with no one ever answering the call. I couldn't give 0 stars as site wouldn't let me post. 0/5 stars

One of the worst insurance broker I've experienced. Calls usually take more than an hour to get through. In Jan, I asked them to suspend my car insurance with signed Suspension of Coverage, but they never did the work - My insurance company did not receive the suspension request from them. I found out until 4 months later. Called in to ask, and they denied and made all kinds of lies and excuses to try to confuse you and avoid their responsibility. Never wrote any negative reviews before online. But this time, I feel I need to spend the time so that others will not fall into their trap and experience pain in the future.

Sign up with this brokerage if you want to wait on hold a minimum of one hour every call and then get nothing done. Worst service.

I have used Marsh for more than 2 decades for all home and car insurance needs ....

For the last 2 days I have called repeatedly and waited on hold for more than 25 minutes each time....

This has never been the case before. What's happened to you Marsh This is my first ever negative google review. So disappointing.

I have called several times today and have been left on hold for an hour each time with no one coming on line. I have also sent 3 emails and only receive an automatic reply saying that they value my business.
I will be moving my business to another insurance company today.
